These terms apply to clean-house-sd.com and to cleaning services booked with Clean House SD, a business of Shoptrix LLC, in San Diego, California.

Quotes and prices

The price shown on our website is for the service and home size you selected, with up to 2 bathrooms. If the home is larger, or the service needed is different from what was selected, we will tell you the new price before we start, and you can accept or cancel at no cost. Homes with 4 or more bedrooms or 3 or more bathrooms, and short term rental turnovers, receive a custom quote.

Booking

A booking is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation with the date, time and price. Our assistant is an AI assistant; a person on our team confirms every booking. Payment terms and how to reschedule are included in your confirmation.

Recurring cleanings

Discounts for cleanings every 2 weeks or every month apply while the schedule continues. You can stop a recurring schedule at any time by replying to any of our emails.

Service area

We serve the ZIP codes listed on our website. We may decline requests outside that area or when we have no availability.

Your home

Please secure valuables and let us know about pets, alarms, fragile items and anything we should not touch. Tell us within 24 hours if something was missed or damaged, so we can look into it.

Text messages and email

If you agree to texts, we send messages about your quote, booking and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. Marketing emails include a one click unsubscribe link. See our Privacy Policy.

Use of the website

Do not misuse the website, try to access our systems, or send automated requests. We may block traffic that looks automated.

Limits

To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any claim related to a cleaning is limited to the amount paid for that cleaning. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law that cannot be waived.
