Clean House SD is a business of Shoptrix LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use clean-house-sd.com or write to us, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you type in the price form: service, bedrooms, bathrooms, how often, ZIP code. The price appears on your screen; nothing is sent until you press "Send me my quote".
- What you send us: name, email, phone (optional), and the messages you exchange with us.
- Your SMS choice: if you check the SMS box, we keep a record of that choice with the exact text you agreed to, the date, and your IP address and browser, as proof of consent.
- Where you came from: campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example, which ad), so we know which ads actually help people.
- Booking details: date, time, service and price of each cleaning.
We do not ask for your payment card on this website, and we do not ask for your home address until you book.
Why we use it
- To send your quote, answer your questions and schedule your cleaning.
- To send reminders and updates about a booking you made.
- To send occasional offers by email, which you can stop at any time with one click.
- To improve our service and our ads, using what customers ask and choose.
Our assistant uses AI
Our booking assistant is an AI assistant. It reads your messages and drafts replies; a person on our team oversees it and confirms every booking. Prices come from our fixed price list, not from the AI.

These providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Text messages (SMS)
We only text you if you checked the SMS box or asked us to. Messages are about your quote, booking and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to book. We do not share your phone number or your SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
Every marketing email has a one click unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe from one channel, we treat it as a request across our marketing on all channels.
How long we keep it
Requests that never became a booking are deleted after 24 months. Customer and booking records are kept as long as needed for service, taxes and legal obligations. Proof of SMS or email consent and unsubscribe requests are kept so we can respect them.
Encrypted backup copies can retain deleted records for up to 30 more days before they expire. If a backup is restored, our deletion rules are applied again before records are used.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the email below. California residents can also ask us to limit the use of their information. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Security
Our records are stored in a database that is not reachable from the internet; only our own systems can open it. Access is limited to the people and systems that need it.
Children
Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
